Perfect for pies, tarts, and BIG chocolate chip cookies

This is a great mold for making pies (sweet or savory), tarts, clafoutis and my kids love it when I make a big chocolate chip cookie in it! The fluted edges add so much to the finished product and it really is simple to umold. Just let your pie cool and then peel back the mold and slide onto a serving plate.
