Ingredients
3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of sel gris
1 ½ cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place FLEXIPAN® Loaf Mold and support on Perforated Baking Sheet. In Mixing Bowl, combine bananas, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.
2. Add baking soda and salt. Then gently stir in flour. In a separate bowl combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
3. Add 1/2 of the batter to the loaf mold then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over top. Add remaining batter then sprinkle the other half of the cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
