Sheet of puffed pastry (thawed)
1/2 qt blackberries
1/2 qt raspberries
1/2 qt blueberries
1/2 strawberries (halved or sliced)
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp Lemon zest Juice of one Lemon
2-3 Apricots or Peaches (for stars)

Preheat oven to 375. Place FLEXIFLAT™ on a perforated baking sheet.
Wash and dry berries. In a large bowl combine berries, sugar, vanilla, zest, lemon juice and mix well. Allow berry mix to sit for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, roll out puff pasty until it is large enough to cover FLEXIFLAT™ with about 2" extra around edges.
Fill the crust with the berry mixture making sure its evenly divided. Gently fold or roll excess pastry so it forms a nice crust around the whole pie.
Bake 30-40 until berries have cooked down and the crust is golden brown. While the pie is baking, slice the apricots and use the star cutters to create different sized stars. Allow pie to cool and then place the stars on top of the pie to your liking. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
