Ingredients

Dressing:¼ c. Basil Olive Oil Blend ¼ c. Garlic Olive Oil Blend 3 tbsp tomato mustard ½  tsp sel gris salt ¼ c. Traditional Balsamic 1 tbsp Provencal mustard Half lemon juiced
Veggies:1 Carrot Julienned 1 c. Green Beans chopped 1 c. Parsley Chopped 1 c. Romaine Lettuce Chopped 1 c. Purple Cabbage Chopped ½ cup green onion chopped

Eco-Chop, Olive Oil Blends, Balsamic Vinegars, Mustards, Sel Gris, Mini Whisk

Directions

1. Veggies- Wash and Dry. Working in batches, place veggies in eco-chop and pull 4-6 times until ideal chop size is reached. Place in large salad bowl and toss with dressing. Dressing-Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and using the mini-whisk, whisk vigorously until blended. Pour over salad and toss until dressing is equally incorporated.
