1/4 cup Garlic Olive Oil Blend, 3 Tbs Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend , 1 tsp Sel de Gris, 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

 BONMAT, Perforated Baking Sheet, Garlic Olive Oil Blend, Zesty Medditeranean Herb Mix, Sel de Gris

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Cut white potatoes into equal wedges. Place a medium BONMAT™ on a medium Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. Then place wedges in a bowl and toss with Olive Oil Blend, Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend, Sel de Gris, and Black Pepper. Spread evenly on the BONMAT™ and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on the outside. For even crispier results flip the potato wedges 20 minutes into the cooking time so you have even browning. Serve immediately.
