Ingredients
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
¾ c. dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions
1.In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to the wet ingredients until fully combined. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips. Refrigerate for a hour.
2.Preheat oven to 350 F. Place a Large Bonmat™ on a Perforated Baking Sheet.
3.Remove from refrigerator and scoop out 1-inch balls onto the Bonmat™, a couple inches apart.
4.Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
