Ingredients
· 4 green onions, chopped
· 1 small can diced mild green chilis
· ¼ cup unsalted tomato sauce
· ½ teaspoon garlic powder
· 2 tablespoons salsa
· 1 30-ounce can non-fat low sodium refried beans
· Low-fat cheese or sour cream (optional)
· 20 corn tortillas
· 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Chop green onions
3. Combine green onions, green chilis, tomato sauce and garlic in saucepan and cook until onions are clear and tender
4. Add refried beans and salsa
5. Simmer until warmed through
6. Add low-fat cheese or sour cream for added flavor
7. Brush each tortilla lightly with melted butter
8. Cut several tortillas at a time into 8 pie-shaped wedges
9. Place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet
10. Place tortillas on Bonmat
11. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp
12. Serve with beans
