Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes, baked
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary, Basil Thyme herb blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Bonmat, Perforated Baking Sheet, Stainless Mixing Bowl, Pastry Bag, FRENCH PANTRY Rosemary, Basil Thyme herb blend

Directions

1.     Place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet
2.     Cut baked potatoes in half and place on Bonmat
3.     Scrape out potatoes and place into Mixing Bowl, being sure to leave the potato 
       skins in tact
4.     Mash potatoes with remaining ingredients and pipe into pastry bag
5.     Fill each potato
6.     Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned

A great side with steak

I made these last weekend and they were a real hit.  It was nice to try a new recipe from the one I have been making for years. I wasn't sure if my family was going to object or not but everyone thought they were delicious!
