Ingredients

  • 1 large Vidalia Onion
  • 1 bunch fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 5 Roma Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 large fresh Limes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

  1. Dice the Onion, Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Orange Pepper and Cilantro
  2. Cut the Roma Tomatoes in quarters and remove the seeds, then dice the Tomatoes and mix everything together in Mixing Bowl
  3. Cut Limes in halves and squeeze the juice out with the Citrus Press, then add the Lime juice, Olive Oil and Salt to the Tomato mixture and mix well
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve

 


*bon TIP: Salad will stay fresh 3-5 days in the refrigerator if stored in a glass container and sealed with a lid
