Ingredients

  • 12 Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Shells
  • ½ cup creamy Butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoon granulated Chicken Bouillon
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 2/3 cup Flour
  • 6 cups 2% Milk
  • 4 cups cooked Turkey breast
  • 1 cup frozen young Peas
  • FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place oven rack in center position
  2. Place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet, then place the pastry shells on the Bonmat and bake for 30 minutes
  3. In a sauce pan, melt Butter, then add Chicken Bouillon and Pepper, stirring with Whisk
  4. Fold in the Flour until all Butter is absorbed and slightly scorch the roux to deepen the flavor
  5. Slowly add the Milk, stirring constantly as the sauce thickens, then fold in shredded Turkey and frozen Peas
  6. When the Pastry Shells are done, remove the lid and remove the center of the Pastry Shell to make room for the sauce
  7. Fill each Puff Pastry with generous amounts of Turkey sauce and top with Pastry lid
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste
