Ingredients

  • 6 Spinach Wraps
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Cranberry Sauce
  • ½ small Red Onion, diced
  • 2 pounds Turkey
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Lettuce and Sprouts, optional

Directions

  1. Place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet and lay Spinach Wraps on the Bonmat
  2. Spread a thin coat of Cream Cheese over at least half of the wrap and then add a layer of Cranberry Sauce
  3. Sprinkle on the diced Onion, place the Turkey in the center of the wrap and add Salt and Pepper, to taste
  4. Top with Lettuce or Sprouts, if desired, then fold the edges of the wrap and roll up
  5. Cut in half, cover and chill until ready to serve
