  • 2 tablespoons pure Canola Oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces (1 fillet = 1-1/2 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup sliced Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped Sliced Water Chestnuts
  • 1/4 cup Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
  • 1/3 cup Orange Marmalade
  • Hot, cooked Rice

  1. Heat Oil in fry pan over medium-high heat and sprinkle Red Pepper Flakes and Black Pepper on the skinless side of each piece of Salmon and cook, skin-side up, about 2 minutes or until browned
  2. Reduce heat to medium and turn Salmon over with Spatula and cook an additional 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork (be careful not to overcook) then remove from fry pan and keep warm
  3. Add Green Onions and Water Chestnuts, stir and continue to cook for 2 minutes, add Stir Fry Sauce and Marmalade, blend well and heat until bubbly, then spoon over Salmon and serve with rice and choice of vegetable

Salmon is my favorite fish so I really enjoy trying new recipes. This was really good and really easy; a winning combination! I will be keeping this one in my "favorites" of my recipe file.
