Ingredients

  • 3 pounds of sliced Bacon
Fill as desired (suggestions below):
  • Mixed Greens
  • Tomatoes (chopped or Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half)
  • Green Onion, chopped
  • Cucumber, chopped
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Green Peppers, chopped
  • Shredded Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place oven rack in center position
  2. Place Deep Flexipat onto the Perforated Baking Sheet, then place the Muffin Tray upside down onto the Deep Flexipat
  3. Lay 2 Bacon Strips across the bottom of the well (you may have to trim them), then wrap 2 strips around the outside of the well and bake for 15-20 minutes
  4. Once crisp, remove from oven and let cool enough to handle, then gently remove from the wells and fill with desired salad makings
  5. Drizzle with your favorite salad dressing (optional) and serve
