Flexipan® Grande Mold, Square Bonmat™, Perforated Baking Sheet, Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl, Flexible Scraper, Drizzle Spoon, FRENCH PANTRY ROASTED GARLIC OIL BLEND, FRENCH PANTRY Herbs De Provence Herb Blend, FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt

Directions

1. Place Grande Mold on Perforated baking sheet and set aside
2. Combine Water, Roaster Garlic Oil, Salt, Flour and Yeast in stainless steel mixing bowl and beat at high speed with an electric mixer for 60 seconds
3. Using the Flexible Scraper, scoop the sticky batter into the Grande Mold and spread gently to edges of mold. Cover with the Square Bonmat and let it rise at room temperature for 60 minutes — it should be quite puffy, but not fragile-looking
4. While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
5. After one hour, gently poke the dough all over with your index finger. Dip your finger in flour if dough is too sticky
6. Using the Drizzle Spoon, drizzle lightly with Garlic Oil, and sprinkle with Herbs de Provence Herb Blend. Sprinkle with Sel Gris Salt, if desired
7. Bake the bread until it is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes
8. Remove from the oven; cool at least 5 minutes, turn out onto a cutting board before cutting with a bread knife. Serve warm or at room temperature

bon TIP: Have fun mixing your favorite combination of FRENCH PANTRY Herb and Olive Oil Blends to top the Focaccia. Experiment using the flavored Oil Blends for dipping oils such as Tuscan Herb or Rosemary.
