Ingredients

  • 9- inch Pie Crust Shell
  • 6-8 Applesm peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
      Topping:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 Sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, place oven rack in center position, place Round Mold on perforated Baking Sheet
  2. Place Pie Shell inside Round Mold and press to the sides of the Mold, then set aside
  3. In Mixing Bowl, combine Apples, ½ cup Sugar, Cinnamon and Nutmeg
  4. Fill the Pie Crust with Apple mixture, slightly mounding the top
           
       Topping:
  1. In Mixing Bowl, combine Flour, ¾ cup Sugar and the Butter
  2. Mix until crumbly, then cover the Apples with the topping
  3. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until Apples are tender
  4. Move to Cooling Rack for 40-60 minutes
  5. To unmold pie, pull down the sides of the Round Mold and slide onto a serving platter.
