INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 6 ounces Quality Chocolate
 DIRECTIONS:
  1. Chop Walnuts in Eco-chop.
  2. Spread walnuts evenly on Medium Bonmat and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan melt Butter over medium heat. Stir in Sugar, Vanilla and Salt to melted Butter. 
  4. Stir continuously until it reaches soft crack stage (between 270 and 290 degrees) - approximately 15-20 minutes. 
  5. Once you have reached the desired temperature immediately remove from heat and pour evenly over Walnuts.
  6. Sprinkle Chocolate Chips evenly over toffee. Once melted, evenly spread Chocolate over Toffee.
  7. Let Toffee set until completely cooled and Chocolate is hardened. Carefully break apart toffee.
