Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons FRENCH PANTRY Fresh Lemon & Dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425⁰F. Place Round Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
  2. In Mixing Bowl, combine cornmeal, water, butter, salt and feta.
  3. Scoop about 1/3 cup of cornbread mix into each well and flatten.
  4. Cook for 28 minutes or until golden brown on top and bottom, rotate tray halfway through baking, Makes about 2 batches.
