INGREDIENTS:

Packaged pie crust dough
3 medium fresh jalapenos, seeded & finely diced
2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or colby jack blend)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place oven rack in center position. Place the FLEXIPAN® Medium Tartlet Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
  2. Roll dough onto ROUL’PAT® with Beachwood Rolling Pin and cut shapes with preferred Dough Cutter. Place shapes over wells and push down evenly with Shaper.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop a spoonful of mixture into each well.
  4. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
