Flexipat Donut Tray, Medium Perforated Baking Sheet, Mini-Herb Chopper, Eco Chop, Mini Grater, Roasted Garlic Olive Oil, Stainless Mixing Bowl, Mini Whisk, and Stainless Skimming Ladle.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 375°f. Place Flexipat Donut Tray on Medium Perforated Baking Tray.
  2. Wash thoroughly the basil and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Using the Mini Herb Chopper, chop the basil to make about ¼ cup. Set aside.
  3. Wash and clean the bell peppers and slice them into quarters. Place them in the Eco-Chop and give it a few turns so they are nicely chopped. Set aside.
  4. With the Mini Grater, grate the white cheddar. Set aside.
  5. Heat a frying pan on medium. And once hot, pour the French Pantry Roasted Garlic Olive Oil and the chopped bell peppers. Cook for about 10min.
  6. In a Stainless Mixing Bowl, use Mini Whisk to beat eggs, milk, sour cream. Season to taste (salt, pepper). Add flour, then the cheddar and parmesan.
  7. Once the bell peppers are almost done, using a spatula gently add them to your batter, along with the chopped basil. Set aside.
  8. Place a few pieces of ham at the bottom of the Flexipat Donut Tray.
  9. Using the Stainless Skimming Ladle, pour the batter into the molds, one at the time.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°f (every oven heats differently, monitor your clafoutis from 15min).
  11. Once your clafoutis are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, unmold, serve, and enjoy.

Enjoy!
