Ingredients:

  • 1.1 pound cooked pasta (photo: LA Fabrica Della Pasta – Senza Glutine)
  • 3/4 cups milk (photo: Lactose Free)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 and 2/3 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella (photo: sargento)
  • 3 tablespoons of FRENCH PANTRY Roasted Garlic & Chives

Instructions:
 

  1. On low heat simmer milk and butter in a 3 qt pan until almost boiling. (Do not boil).
  2. Blend with Mini Whisk.
  3. Add Roasted Garlic and Chive.
  4. Add all cheese and continue occasionally stirring until melted.
  5. Once cheese is melted add your already cooked pasta, stir.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve and enjoy.
