GOURMET PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES

Biscuit Preparation

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pretzels (about 3.5 ounces)
  • 1 cup dry biscuits (about 5.3 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup semi-salted butter (about 6.3 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar (about 3.5 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter (about 6.3 ounces)

Glaze Preparation

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate (about 8.5 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter (about 2.1 ounces)

 

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Place the 3-tablet mold on the Perforated Baking Sheet.
  2. In the Eco-chop or food processor, blend the pretzels and dry biscuits. Set aside.
  3. Melt the butter, then add the cane sugar and crunchy peanut butter. Add the reserved biscuits and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into the cavities of the 3-tablet mold and press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Unmold the biscuits.

Glaze Preparation

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate and add the smooth peanut butter. Spread into the mold indentations, then cover with the biscuits.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Unmold and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

BONTIP:

Serve these delicious biscuits with hot coffee or tea for a delightful snack. They also make a great treat for parties and gatherings. Wrap up and tie with a ribbon to gift a host or friend!
