Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sel Gris Salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Herbs de Provence Herb Blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 365 °F. 
  2. Place a Large Bonmat on Large Perforated Baking Sheet.
  3. Clean the fat off the chicken breasts. 
  4. If chicken breasts are large cut in half horizontally. 
  5. Place chicken breasts in a large mixing bowl. 
  6. In a small bowl mixed together all the seasonings. 
  7. Whisk well and add to the chicken. 
  8. Allow chicken to marinade for 10 minutes or up to overnight. 
  9. Place chicken breasts on Large Bonmat. 
  10. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Herbs de Provence Herb Blend, salt, and pepper to taste. 
  11. Bake for 35 minutes. 
  12. Remove chicken from oven and let rest covered for 10 minutes. 
  13. Slice each breast into strips and drizzle with vinegar & oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
