- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- Place the Snack Bar Tray on a Medium Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
- Set aside the Scalloped Square Tray on a Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine honey, butter, and almond butter. Heat in microwave for 45-60 seconds, or until butter is melted. Add vanilla and whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Pour mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Scoop ingredients into the wells of the trays. Using the Medium Bonmat, firmly press mixture into Trays and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown.
- Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Once slightly cool, cover with your Bonmat and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight for the best result.
- Unmold and serve.
- Once cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra sweet treat!
