Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the Rectangular Mold on the Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  3. Heat milk, whipping cream, and butter in a medium saucepan until hot.
  4. Combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  5. Stir in the bread cubes and raisins (optional).
  6. Stir in the hot mixture.
  7. When combined, pour the mixture into the Rectangular Mold.
  8. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until the mixture is set.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  10. Invert, cut and serve with whipped cream.
