Coconut Almond Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup  sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 chocolate chips or white chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Place Flexiflat on a Medium Perforated baking sheet, set aside.
  3. In large bowl combine all dry ingredients, mix thoroughly.
  4. In a microwave safe bowl combine honey, butter, and almond butter.
  5. Heat in microwave for 45-60 seconds, or until butter is melted. Whisk mixture until fully blended.
  6. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
  7. Press mixture into Flexiflat and bake for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown.
  8. Take out and allow 10-15 minutes and cut into granola bars while still warm.
  9. Set aside to fully cool and drizzle melted chocolate or/and drizzle dried fruits on top(optional)
