Ingredients

  • 12 slices deli ham  
  • 12 tablespoons frozen spinach thawed and drained 
  • 12 eggs 
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar Jack cheese 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F. 
  2. Place Classic Muffin Tray on a Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. 
  3. Place a slice of ham into each muffin well. 
  4. Place a tablespoon of spinach on top of the ham. 
  5. Break an egg and place it on top of the spinach. 
  6. Season with salt and pepper. 
  7. Cover with shredded cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
