Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. salmon
  • 3 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Herb Blend of choice
  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place Large Round Mold on a Perforated Baking Sheet.
  3. Place the salmon along the center of the Mold.
  4. In a small bowl combine the olive oil and herb blend and whisk until incorporated.
  5. Using the Pastry Brush, brush the olive oil herb mixture all over the salmon until well coated.
  6. Arrange sliced lemons.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

bonTIP: Garnish with fresh herb for added color.
