- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- Open dough on Roul’Pat using a rolling pin.
- Using your preferred size of Round Cutters cut the dough. The number of tarts you can make will depend on the size of the cutter you use.
- With a knife or scissors, cut faces on half of the pumpkin shapes.
- Beat all remaining ingredients until a creamy consistency and use a teaspoon to add the cream on the plain pumpkin shapes. Spread using a spoon and make sure to not overfill or push to the edges.
- Top it with the cut-out pumpkin shapes pressing the edges with your fingers to make a pop tart.
- Beat egg using the Mini Whisk and brush over each pop tarts.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle a desired amount over each pop tart.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Wait it cool down and serve!
