Pumpkin Pop Tarts

  • 1 pie crust Jus-Ro
  • Half teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons of pure pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg


  • Quarter cup of sugar to ½ teaspoon of cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Open dough on Roul’Pat  using a rolling pin.
  3. Using your preferred size of Round Cutters cut the dough. The number of tarts you can make will depend on the size of the cutter you use.
  4. With a knife or scissors, cut faces on half of the pumpkin shapes.
  5. Beat all remaining ingredients until a creamy consistency and use a teaspoon to add the cream on the plain pumpkin shapes. Spread using a spoon and make sure to not overfill or push to the edges.
  6. Top it with the cut-out pumpkin shapes pressing the edges with your fingers to make a pop tart.
  7. Beat egg using the Mini Whisk and brush over each pop tarts.
  8. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle a desired amount over each pop tart.
  9. Bake for 18 minutes.
  10. Wait it cool down and serve!
