Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans of garbanzo beans
  • 2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Cilantro Oil
  • 4 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Traditional White Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 roasted red peppers (from the jar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and wash two cans of garbanzo beans in a colander.
  2. Add garbanzo beans into Eco Chop.
  3. Add cilantro oil, vinegar, lemon juice, cumin yogurt, roasted red peppers, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth add more salt and pepper to taste.
