Ingredients

  •  1.1 lb pasta noodle (Suggested La Fabbrica Della Pasta Gluten Free)
  • 4 tablespoons of EVOO
  • 2 tablespoons of FRENCH PANTRY Rasted Garlic and Chive
  • 2 cups fresh basil – chopped
  • 10 pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • Garlic & Parmesan Salt to taste
  • FRENCH PANTRY Tellicherry Pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta al dente.
  2. In a large serving bowl add all ingredients less 4 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour drained hot pasta over ingredients, squeeze one fresh lemon over pasta, toss and sprinkle remaining parmesan.
  4. Use fresh brasil to garnish!
