Oven-Baked Zoodles with Broccoli and Marinara

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis (for zoodles)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnishing; use the Mini Mold Chopper)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Zoodles and Broccoli:
    Use a Spiralizer to spiralize the zucchinis into zoodles.
    In a bowl, add the zucchini noodles and broccoli florets.
  3. Toss with Olive Oil:
    Drizzle the olive oil, French Pantry Roasted garlic and chive herb blend,  salt, and pepper over the zoodles and broccoli. Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer to the Bonmat
    Place the zoodles and broccoli mixture into the BONMAT. Spread it out evenly.
  5. Roast the Veggies:
    Place the BONMAT ON THE Perforated Baking Sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the veggies are tender.
  6. Add Marinara Sauce:
    Remove from the oven and transfer to the large round mold. Pour the marinara sauce over the roasted zoodles and broccoli. If desired, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Return to Oven:
    Put the mold back in the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Grate the Parmesan Cheese:
