- Preheat oven to 365 °F.
- Place a Large Bonmat on Large Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Clean the fat off the chicken breasts.
- If chicken breasts are large cut in half horizontally.
- Place chicken breasts in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl mixed together all the seasonings.
- Whisk well and add to the chicken.
- Allow chicken to marinade for 10 minutes or up to overnight.
- Place chicken breasts on Large Bonmat.
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Herbs de Provence Herb Blend, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven and let rest covered for 10 minutes.
- Slice each breast into strips and drizzle with vinegar & oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
