Blue Cheese Spread

Total Time: 30 minutes (refrigerate overnight)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ½ cup hot milk
  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
  • 12 ounces of blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • ½ teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Timut Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons finely grated onion

 

 

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water and stir in hot milk.
  2. Set aside to cool.
  3. Place onion in Eco Chop and pull 15 times.
  4. In a large bowl, with the Mini Whisk, beat cream cheese, Worcestershire, pepper, onion & blue cheese until well blended.
  5. Stir in the gelatin and milk mixture.
  6. Pour into the Small Round Mold.
  7. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

bon TIP: Serve with pear, apple slices & assorted crackers.
