  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) plain Boursin cheese
  • 1 tablespoon French Pantry Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb Blend
  • 8 slices Prosciutto or Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons French Pantry Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • French Pantry Sel Gris salt
  • French Pantry Timut Pepper
  • French Pantry Traditional Balsamic
  • Fresh Grated Parmesan for garnish
  • Optional: Fresh lemon juice for drizzling

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the FORTEEZ Fleximat on top of the Perforated Baking Sheet.
  2. Prep Asparagus: Wash and trim the tough ends off the asparagus.
  3. Mix Cheese and Herbs: In a small bowl, combine the plain Boursin cheese with the roasted garlic and chive herb blend.
  4. Wrap with Cheese and Prosciutto: Take a slice of prosciutto and spread a thin layer of the Boursin herb mixture over it.
  5. Place 1-2 asparagus spears on one end of the prosciutto slice, then roll it up tightly to fully encase the asparagus.
  6. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Lay the wrapped asparagus in a single layer on top of the Forteez Fleximat.
  7. Drizzle & Season: Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Roast: Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is crispy.
  9. Serve: Remove from the oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice and French Pantry Traditional Balsamic, and optionally, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
