Buttermilk Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/16 tablespoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoon butter (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 overripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Place your Twisted Crown Mold on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set Aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  3. In a Stainless Mixing Bowl, using you Mini Whisk, combine all dry ingredients together: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt. Set Aside.
  4. In another mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together on medium high speed for about 2 minutes. Add the egg, the mashed bananas and buttermilk. Then, combine the dry ingredients. Do not over mix.
  5. Pour your batter into Mold. Evenly spread with your Mini Spatula.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 30min).
  7. Once your Buttermilk Banana Bread is out of over, wait 10 minutes before unmolding directly onto serving plate.
