Chocolate Fruit Cups

  • 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Flavored low-fat yogurt
  • Berries or fruit of your choice
  • Confectioners’ sugar


  1. Place chocolate morsels in the Small Round Mold and melt in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes until melted completely.
  2. Place the Mini Muffin Tray on a Perforated Baking Sheet.
  3. Coat the Mini Muffin cups with chocolate.
  4. When all the cups are coated, place the tray in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Place the Star Tip on the Pastry Bag and fill it with yogurt.
  6. Remove the tray from the freezer.
  7. Pipe yogurt into each of the chocolate cups, garnish with the fruit of your choice, and dust with confectioners’ sugar.
  8. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  9. Fruit cups will pop right out of the tray.
