Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 8oz chopped white chocolate
  • 8oz chopped dark bittersweet chocolate
  • 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Place bon Bite Tray on a Medium Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
  2. Place dark chocolate in a Stainless Mixing Bowl and set aside.
  3. Place cream in a Mini or Small Round Mold and heat in the microwave for 45-60 seconds until scalding.
  4. Pour half of the cream over the chocolate and swirl to cover it with scalding cream. Let the chocolate start to melt for 2-3 minutes, and then stir until smooth.
  5. Pour into half of each well of bon Bite Tray.
  6. Repeat the melting process with white chocolate and the remainder of the cream and pour to complete each well of the bon Bite Tray.
  7. Once each shape is full, tap the bottom of the baking sheet to level the chocolate.
  8. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  9. Remove each frozen chocolate from the tray and serve right away.
  10. Keep the remaining chocolates in the freezer until you are ready to serve.

bon TIP: For even more flavor, add a dollop of one of the many FRENCH PANTRY Jams to the top of the chocolates once removed from tray.
