Holiday Wreath

  • 60 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon green food coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 cups cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon candies
  • 1 cinnamon stick, halved


  • Place marshmallows and butter in square mold
  • Microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds stirring at every minute interval until marshmallows inflate and butter melts.
  • Microwaves vary in power, so you are looking for your marshmallows to be white and fluffy, starting to melt, and beginning to rise over the edge of your Mold.
  • Stir in food coloring and mix until consistent and completely melted.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Gradually add corn flakes and stir to completely coat.
  • Transfer mixture to Ring mold 
  • Press mixture down with mini spatula to form a solid mixture in mold.
  • Allow mixture to cool and set for 15 minutes.
  • Place serving tray or plate on top of mold, flip and unmold.
  • Decorate with cinnamon candies or as you wish. Cut with Cake Server knife Serve and enjoy!
