Ice Cream Brownie

Ingredients

  • Brownie (you can use a box)
  • Vanilla ice cream, 1.5qt
  • Hot fudge sauce
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 350ºF.
  2. Mix brownies, eggs, oil according to box mix instructions.
  3. Add brownie batter to Sunflower Mold and bake for 28-32 minutes at 350ºF.
  4. Allow brownies to cool for 30 minutes then unmold.
  5. Press softened vanilla ice cream into Sunflower Mold. Slightly melt hot fudge and pour on top of ice cream.
  6. Place brownie on top of hot fudge/ice cream. Cover with Bonmat and freeze overnight.
  7. Release ice cream brownie from the mold and place on cake plate, ice cream side up.
  8. Drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce on top of cake.
  9. Serve or put back in freezer until ready to serve.

 

bon TIP: For faster freezing times (which means faster eating times!), use a smaller mold or tray.

For different holidays use different cake flavors, different ice cream flavors, decorate for a festive touch.
