Kids’ Oreo Mini Cube Truffles

Ingredients

  • 48 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 12–16 oz. melted chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • 2 Oreos reserved for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  1. Crush 48 Oreos very finely and mix with softened cream cheese until a dough forms.
  2. Use a #40 scoop (0.8 oz) to portion the mixture.
  3. Press firmly into all 48 wells of the Mini Cube Tray.
  4. Freeze 15–20 minutes until firm enough to unmold
  5. .Dip each cube in melted chocolate
  6. Sprinkle crushed Oreos (from the 2 reserved cookies) or sprinkles on top while chocolate is wet.
