Ingredients

  • Tartlet shells or puff pastry
  • Cooked sausage (crumbled or sliced)
  • Roasted peppers (thin strips)
  • Thin pear slices
  • French Pantry Garlic Oil
  • Fresh thyme 

     

     

     

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and pre-bake tartlet shells for 8 minutes.
  2. Reduce oven to 375°F.
  3. Layer sausage, roasted peppers, and pear slices in each shell.
  4. Drizzle with Garlic Oil and sprinkle thyme.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and heated through.
