Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Sweet Basil Infused Oil
  • 1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris
  • 1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Pep Rally
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 3 sprigs fresh oregano
  • FRENCH PANRY Traditional Dark Balsamic as topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place Flexiflat on Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  3. In a bowl combine tomatoes, salt, pepper, oil, herbs and toss mixing together.
  4. Place on Flexiflat and roast uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

Enjoy this on a baguette with Brie, on a bowl of pasta, as a topping or side for fish, meat or chicken dish.
