Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced gold or sweet potatoes
  • Stilton cheese with apricots
  • Caramelized onions (optional)
  • French Pantry Sel Gris
  • French Pantry Garlic Oil 

     

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and pre-bake tartlet shells for 8 minutes.
  2. Reduce oven to 375°F.
  3. Layer potatoes in tartlet shell.
  4. Add Stilton and onions.
  5. Drizzle with Garlic Oil and sprinkle Sel Gris.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until tender.

bon TIP: Use sweet potatoes for a richer flavor.
