Ingredients

  • Tartlet shells
  • Caramelized onions
  • Thin apple slices
  • Feta cheese
  • Thyme or French Pantry Sel Gris

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and pre-bake tartlet shells for 8 minutes.
  2. Reduce oven to 375°F.
  3. Fill tartlet shell with caramelized onions.
  4. Add apple slices and crumble feta on top.
  5. Sprinkle thyme or Sel Gris.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
