Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked pasta
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 and 2/3 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoons of FRENCH PANTRY Roasted Garlic & Chives

Instructions

  1. On low heat simmer milk and butter in a 3 qt pan until almost boiling. (Do not let it boil).
  2. Blend using Mini Whisk.
  3. Add Roasted Garlic and Chive.
  4. Add all cheese and continue occasionally stirring until melted.
  5. Once cheese is melted add your already cooked pasta, stir.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
