Ingredients

  • FRENCH PANTRY Roasted Garlic Oil
  • FRENCH PANTRY Traditional White Balsamic
  • 2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Dill Lemon Herb Blend
  • 1 tablespoon Sel Gris Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Pep Rally Pepper of choice
  • 2 yellow beets
  • 2 red beets
  • 1 purple onion

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add all the seasonings together and set aside.
  2. Peel both yellow beets and red beets.
  3. Using the Mandoline, slice yellow and red beets to ¼ inch thick. Add both sliced beets into the bowl.
  4. Slice one purple onion lengthwise into thin strips and place into the bowl.
  5. Stir to combine ingredients, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve as a side dish or as a main entree with your favorite cheese on top.
