Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Tomato Herb Mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp FRENCH PANTRY Roasted Garlic Oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Sear pork in Garlic Oil until browned.
  3. Mix cider, mustard, and honey.
  4. Place pork and apples in mold, pour glaze over.
  5. Roast 25–30 minutes until cooked through. Rest before slicing.
