Ingredients

Cake Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 – 2 cups blueberries

Crumble Ingredients:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup of butter

Instructions

Cake Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Square Mold onto Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  2. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients and set aside.
  3. Separately in another bowl beat the sugar, butter, egg, and milk until smooth batter.
  4. Slowly add the mixture of dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in blueberries and pour batter into Square Mold.
  6. Set aside and prepare crumble.

Crumble Instructions:

  1. Add brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter to a bowl and whisk until crumbled texture.
  2. Sprinkle crumble on top and bake cake for 35 minutes or until brown.
