Ingredients

Cake Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups blueberries

Crumble Ingredients:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup of butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Square Flexipat onto Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  2. Blend the sugar, butter, egg, and milk until smooth batter.
  3. Slowly add, baking powder and blueberries.
  4. Add batter into Square Flexipat.

Crumble Instructions:

  1. Add brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter to a bowl and whisk until crumbled texture.
  2. Sprinkle crumble on top and bake cake for 35 minutes or until brown.
