- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place Large BONMAT on the Large Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Slice the potatoes thinly and evenly using a mandoline (about 1/16″ thick).
- Arrange slices in a single layer on the Bonmat. Avoid overlapping.
- Season generously with the Roasted Garlic & Chive Herb Blend, Garlic Paprika Salt, and paprika.
- (Optional) Lightly mist with olive oil spray for extra crispness.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through, until chips are golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan while hot.
- Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dip or enjoy as-is!
