Everyday Chopped Salad

Ingredients

¼ cup FRENCH PANTRY Basil Olive Oil Blend
¼ cup FRENCH PANTRY Garlic Olive Oil Blend
½ teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris
¼ cup FRENCH PANTRY Traditional Balsamic
3 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Tomato Herb Mustard
1/2 lemon juiced
1 carrot julienned
1 cup green beans chopped
1 cup parsley chopped
1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
1 cup purple cabbage chopped ½ cup green onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry vegetables.
  2. Working in batches, place veggies in eco-chop and pull 4-6 times until ideal chop size is reached.
  3. Place in large salad bowl and toss with dressing.

Dressing:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and using the mini-whisk, whisk vigorously until blended.
  2. Pour over salad and toss until dressing is equally incorporated.
